Enjoy luxurious and modern living in South Africa at the Blinkwater, a spacious and upmarket villa located in Cape Town's trendiest suburb.
Awarded 5-star grading (Self catering -Exclusive) by Tourism Grading Council of South Africa September 2017. This beautifully designed property is set in the tranquillity of nature and offers amazing views of nearby Camps Bay, as well as overlooking Lion's Head and Table Mountain.
Yet it is also just a short walk from the main beach and all the restaurants and bars on offer in the surrounding area.
So despite being right in the thick of things, with the villa being nestled in a leafy cul-de-sac you can kick back and relax in your own private paradise.
The Blinkwater has four double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and access outdoors onto the planted terraces. Blackout blinds and the highest quality bed linen will ensure a relaxed and comfortable stay.
There is under-floor heating and air-conditioning, while the villa is serviced daily and a private chef can be arranged upon request.
Outside there is a large entertainment area which flows onto the deck and large private swimming pool. A secure garage offers parking for up to four cars and has direct access to the villa.
With the beachfront and Atlantic Ocean just two minutes away, the Blinkwater could not be more ideally located.
Camps Bay is a tourist hotspot and is one of the most desirable places to visit in the world, with restaurants and bars intertwined with the buzzing culture of the area.
It is also only a 10-minute walk from the city centre, 15 minutes from the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront and 25 minutes from Cape Town airport.
In Cape Town, the oldest city in the country, there is so much to do. If you are after culture why not visit the Iziko South African Museum, or take in the variety of art and sculpture at the National Art Gallery.
Soak up South Africa's history at Auwal, the country's first mosque dating back to 1797, or at the magnificent St George's Cathedral.
From craft markets to fashion boutiques, you can also shop 'til you drop, before capping things off with a beer from Newlands Brewery.
