A grand retreat, The Agency at Sandon Hall is the perfect property for a larger family. Located across two floors, this home has it all, from the piano room to the snug, there’s something for everyone. Recently renovated, The Agency acknowledges its Georgian roots whilst including a touch of modernity, from its plush sofas to its soft carpets.
With four bedrooms hosting up to eight guests, The Agency at Sandon Hall is a luxurious retreat aptly located between Birmingham and Manchester. The ground floor features the snug, sitting room, piano room, dining room, kitchen, utility room and mud room, and the first floor the master suite, bedroom and washroom alongside three extra bedrooms and three lovely bathrooms.
Ever cosy, the snug hosts two plush sofas, soft carpets and modern interiors, with the adjacent piano room has a classic grand piano alongside a further two double sofas and an impressive glass coffee table. The dining room spills out into the kitchen in an open-plan layout and is furnished with a grand wooden table perfect for enjoying a family evening meal, opening out onto views of the Staffordshire countryside.
The kitchen has a large sink, ample countertop space and two ovens, one gas and one electric, making it a delightful place to prepare meals. The utility room features a washing machine, another sink, a fridge and further countertop space for added convenience. Upstairs, each bedroom has a super-comfy double bed with large wardrobes for storage. There's also a washroom and three bathrooms each hosting an opulent bathtub for maximum relaxation. Outside, the patio and courtyard provide the perfect location for a BBQ or an evening tipple, with views of the quaint rural greenery.
Nestled in Sandon, Staffordshire, The Agency at Sandon Hall is perfectly located for things to do. The Gentleshaw Wildlife Centre, Trentham Monkey Forest, Apedale Valley Light Railway and Trentham Gardens pose the perfect trip for the little ones, with Brampton Park and Bridgemere Garden Centre offering up an array of stunning greenery. Sandon Hall itself, built during the Georgian Period, has ten grand rooms and acres of plush green land apt for exploring. For extra grandeur, the Shugborough Estate and Keele Hall offer up an impressive selection of green gardens and stately architecture, with the Dog & Doublet Inn, The Greyhound Inn and Aston Marina serving some of the best food in Staffordshire.
