Bright and vibrant, this beautiful and peaceful cottage offers groups of up to four guests a secluded retreat on the Greek island of Corfu. Its great setting combines with its fabulous garden and swimming pool to create a tranquil place in which to relax and unwind.

Tallulah Cottage may be hidden away from the crowds, but you’re still only a two-minute walk from the picturesque harbour of San Stefanos. When you arrive, you’ll find that the heart of this home is the superb outdoor space.

Here, abundant plants and trees create a soothing atmosphere and a stunning swimming pool offers you the chance to cool off with a lovely swim. The poolside loungers are ideal for an afternoon snooze or tucking into a great book and there’s an amazing alfresco dining table outside too, tucked away amidst the greenery. This is the perfect place to enjoy a long lazy lunch or a hearty feast at dinner time that stretches into the night.

Inside, the home is bright and airy, with big windows connecting it to the scenery outside. The comfy lounge has large sofas for evenings unwinding and has a bluetooth speaker and a TV for movie nights.

You’ll also love the grand kitchen-dining space, that is kitted out with all the appliances you’ll need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. You also have a Berkey water filter for safe drinking water so there’s no need to purchase bottled water. The kitchen also has a nice kitchen island, where you can perch with a drink and keep your loved one company, and an indoor dining table for quick breakfasts or indoor meals when the weather outside is not so nice.

Outside, you’ll also find a BBQ, should you wish to grill up some delicious local produce or tasty fresh seafood.

When night falls, the two bedrooms offer a calming spot for a peaceful night’s sleep and there are also two bathrooms on offer (one of which is a wetroom) so there’s no queuing for the shower in the morning. Air conditioning throughout also means you’ll be nice and cool on those hot days.

Agios Stefanos, where you’re based, is a charming harbour village with seafront tavernas, cocktail bars and boat hire to explore the coast. Nearby Kerasia and Avlaki beaches offer crystal-clear waters, tavernas and sunbeds. Kassiopi, just 6km away, is ideal for evening dining, drinks and sunset views by the harbour.

If you want to dine out, the village boasts five waterfront tavernas, ideal for relaxed lunches and scenic evening meals, plus two cocktail bars for lively nights with music and dancing. Expect fresh seafood, Greek classics and excellent local wines.
