- Talli House is an adults-only property and has not been designed or equipped with provisions for children’s safety.
- The house sits beside the owners’ home but is completely self-contained, with its own private driveway, entrance and garden and has been positioned to provide guests with privacy.
- The property has a private water supply and tank-based heating system rather than a mains connection.
- There is plenty of hot water for everyday use, but filling the deep soaking bath may need to be done in two stages while the tank refills.
- Dogs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee of £30 per dog.

Settle into the comfortable seating with one of the house’s gorgeous books, gather around a board game or put your feet up in front of the smart TV and Netflix. When the temperature drops, light the wood-burning stove, pour yourself a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderfully peaceful atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for leisurely breakfasts, home-cooked dinners and late-night snacks, with a dining space where you can sit together and plan the following day.
There are two inviting bedrooms, each home to a king size bed dressed in plush bedding, providing a restful place to retreat at the end of the day. The bathroom adds another touch of indulgence, with a walk-in rain shower and a Japanese-inspired soaking bath positioned to make the most of the tranquil views. Fast WiFi is also provided, though you may find the countryside outside offers more than enough entertainment.
