Sunset House, in the beautiful Costa Rican town of Tamarindo, perfectly blends tropical architecture, contemporary finishes, and luxury design. Overlooking the golden beach and the Pacific Ocean beyond this is the ideal place to take in the stunning sunsets and picturesque views.
Sleeping up to 14 guests, this property can be used as a family escape, a get together for friends, or as a corporate getaway. The five bedrooms wrap around the open plan living area, which is the main social hub of the villa. The open plan living/dining/kitchen area sits at the heart of Sunset House. There is a large wooden dining table seating up to 14 people that stands at one end of the room offering large groups the chance to all dine together in comfort.
There's also a further outdoor sitting area, where you can sit in the warmth of the sun and socialise with friends and loved ones. The open plan living are also has big comfortable sofas for lazy evenings in, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up a storm, and also comes with a counter bar and stools.
There are three king size bedrooms with a full bathroom linked to each. The master guest suite is supremely comfy and has breathtaking sea views, a sitting area, and a walk-in closet and dressing room. The second bedroom also has superb views and access to its own terrace with sun loungers. The third also has a private deck, while the fourth bedroom is the kids room, complete with four bunk beds, two pullout beds, and another full bathroom. There is WiFi throughout the house and air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
Finally, there is a guest house suite located separately from the main villa. This also has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own private terrace. This is found on the other side of the infinity pool, with its curved edge looking out over the white sands and turquoise waters beyond. Lounge beds and a shaded bench sit around the pool so guests can relax and unwind in style.
