Stars and Vines Luxury Lodges is a collection of two fabulous holiday lodges, nestled in a peaceful slice of Herefordshire countryside.
The lodges have both been constructed to fit nicely in with their natural landscape, offering you and your loved one a peaceful base from which to enjoy a rural retreat. Romantic and luxurious, Hector and Nala offer uninterrupted views of marvellous Herefordshire scenery as well as a private hot tub where you can indulge in a relaxing soak after a day hiking in the hills.
Awake from a perfect night’s sleep in your super-king size bed that features 800 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and enjoy your morning coffee in bed whilst taking in the amazing views through the big glass double doors at the foot of your bed. Then take your morning shower in the beautiful and spacious ensuite that adjoins your bedroom and dry off with the luxurious white towels and robes.
The main living space in each lodge features a sleek and modern kitchen with a lovely breakfast bar where you and your partner can enjoy breakfast before setting out for the day. The kitchen also has a nice set of modern amenities, including a double oven, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and more.
The open plan living space also features a cosy lounge area, complete with a flat screen smart TV that’s ideal for movie nights or box set marathons. Or, if the weather’s warm, sit out on your very own private deck with a good book taking in the sweeping views of the surrounding countryside. Also outside is the hot tub, offering an even more luxurious spot from which to appreciate your surroundings. Hop in with a glass of bubbles and watch as the sun sets turning day into night.
Throughout your stay you’ll be able to listen out as the nature around you goes about its day. Watch the wild birds soaring overhead and spot the wildflower meadows down below. And, on a clear night, you and your partner can marvel at the starry sky.
The lodges are located on a vineyard and the owners can offer informal wine tastings and tutoring as well as provide wine, sparkling and sparkling rose for you to enjoy on your stay.
If you wish to venture out and explore, the local area has plenty to see and do. You’re situated close to the charming village of Bodenham, which is home to Bodenham Arboretum. The arboretum has been described as Worcestershire’s Hidden Garden and is an oasis of plantations, pools and avenues beautifully landscaped including over 3,000 species of trees and shrubs.
If you head further afield, you have miles of wonderful countryside just waiting to be explored, including the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Malvern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park (Brecon Beacons).
