Nestled in the depths of the East Riding of Yorkshire, Starlight Hideaway is a luxury shepherd’s hut promising infinite relaxation. Surrounded by fields, this property is deeply connected to nature, stationed in the midst of the area's ‘Little Orchard’. Crafted from English oak, Starlight Hideaway oozes rustic charm, offering up a peaceful break away from the fast pace of modern life. Sleeping two, this property is perfect for a romantic retreat, with the wood-fired hot tub and cast iron log burner guaranteeing cosiness in every corner.
With a fitted kitchen with an integrated hob, fridge and Belfast sink, a private bathroom featuring a large shower and a full-sized double bed, Starlight Hideaway has it all. The kitchen is infinitely stylish, designed with elegant copper worktops and black matte taps, hosting a kettle, toaster, and all essential kitchen utensils and crockery necessary to cook a hearty meal.
At night, the four-person oak table with its sheep-skin bench covers transforms into an opulent double bed, allowing guests to maximise the space. With large comfy towels, complimentary starter toiletries and a welcome hamper, Starlight Hideaway caters for every eventuality. Featuring WiFi and a DAB radio, this property is fully equipped for modern life. Outside, the hideaway, complete with an firepit, hosts an outdoor seating area surrounded by apple trees, flowers and picturesque country views, with the impressive log-fired hot tub presenting the perfect way to watch the sunset. The bathroom hosts a stylish marble black bowl sink, a beautiful copper shower, and a modern flushing toilet.
Immersed in the picturesque village of Skeffling, in East Riding of Yorkshire, Starlight Hideaway is the perfect bolthole for relaxation. Enjoy an afternoon stroll on Withernsea, Spurn Head, Tunstall or Cleethorpes Beaches, or indulge in some of the county's beauty spots, including Sewerby Hall and Gardens and Beverley Westwood. There’s much to be learnt about local history at the Bayle Museum, the Hull Maritime Museum and the Streetlife Museum of Transport, and a collection of historic religious buildings in the form of Beverley Minster, St Mary’s Church Beverley, and Bridlington Priory Church. And if you fancy a trip to Rotterdam, the infamous P&O North Sea Ferry regularly depart from Hull.

The owners are lovely and incredibly accommodating to everything you need. We couldn’t have asked for a more stunning place to stay. With everything you need and in a beautiful quiet place.
