  The Detail...

A modern two bedroom house that really has the wow factor. Interiors are as sparkling as the views out over the harbour and St Anthonys headland beyond. Enjoy pure serenity from your own private balcony or head out to explore the hubbub of pretty St Mawes. Theres everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday - from the beach and harbour, to cute cafes and stylish restaurants - and all are just a stones throw away. Its ideal for families or friends that want the full Cornish experience - think pasty eating at the harbour, rock pooling on the beach or brunch with incredible sea views.

The open plan living, dining kitchen area is picture perfect and the view is outstanding wherever you choose to sit. The lounge has large comfortable leather sofas nestled in front of a flatscreen television and fireplace - ideal for cosy nights in. Theres even a Nintendo Wii and plenty of board games for the more competitive guests.

The kitchen and dining area positively sparkles - with a glass topped dining table, marble worktops and exquisite tiles. The large kitchen has all you could need to whip up a holiday feast, with all the mod cons youd expect to find - plus a few extras including, a coffee machine, microwave, mixer, food processor and slow cooker. And theres plenty of scope for socialising with a perfectly positioned breakfast bar.

Step out of the bifold doors out onto the gorgeous balcony. With dining space for up to four people, its a great spot for a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Taking in magnificent views over the Roseland peninsula, its simply stunning.

The two bedrooms (one double, one twin/double) are downstairs. Both are wonderfully comfortable with Hypnos mattresses, cosy goose down duvets and luxurious Egyptian cotton. Dressed in bright textiles and candy striped headboards, the rooms really stand out. The Master also boasts a television and views out over the harbour. The modern bathroom is sleek and stylish with Villeroy and Boch fittings - theres even a television to give it all a truly decadent feel.

The location could not be bettered. Exclusively positioned just 100m from the pretty village of St Mawes you have all you could need right on your doorstep. Younger visitors (and those young at heart) can revel in a spot of paddling and rock pooling at the beach or crabbing at the harbour. Whilst those wanting a slightly slower pace can enjoy the high street with its vibrant cafes, quaint pubs and fresh seafood restaurants. And if you want to venture further, then St Mawes Castle or a ferry trip over to Falmouth are both great places to explore.
