Learn moreThis spectacular barn is situated in a peaceful, rural location, one mile off the road and is surrounded by luscious fields and woodlands under the expansive blue Suffolk sky. Sheepyard Barn is a luxurious modern sanctuary, the perfect place to unwind, relax and spend precious moments with friends and family. There is something for everyone to enjoy, the kids will love the 'Sheep Dip' swimming pool, which even has a Fastlane counter-current machine. It is situated at the heart of the home and is accessible from the lounge, but adults can keep an eye on the fun through handy windows in the kitchen and hallway.
The games room will also prove popular giving the young ones space to game, watch and chill while the grown-ups can enjoy late-night drinks in the hot tub and leisurely outdoor dinners. Foodies won't be able to keep out of the stylish kitchen, surrounded by expansive windows showing off the beautiful countryside which encompasses the property. Fellow guests can enjoy canapés at the kitchen counter before the party moves to the large dining table, beautifully lit with pendant lamps, for supper catching up and making memories.
Cosy chats can be continued on the huge sofa which occupies the living area of this wonderful space. Again, chic and modern, the hues are grey and off-whites, giving a spacious contemporary atmosphere. Alternatively, simplify the suppers and cook homemade pizzas in the wood fired pizza oven before finishing the party in the hot tub under the expansive skies, spotting constellations while sipping bubbly.
Bedrooms are lush, peaceful and beautiful, tastefully decorated in bright whites while beds have deep, comfy mattresses dressed in quality linens. And that view is never far away, as the large windows stretch around the quality offering natural light and views in all of the rooms.
There are two super king doubles, a twin and a bespoke bunk room, which has been designed for all ages with high ceilings, double beds and phone charging shelves. The bathrooms all have huge walk-in showers and there are two Corian baths.
The barn has been renovated to such a high standard that guests would be forgiven for not budging an inch from this lovely spot but those wishing to explore the wider area will not be disappointed. There are circular walks from the door of the barn and Suffolk is a hidden treasure with lovely sandy beaches, quaint villages and market towns and lots of cosy pubs for Sunday roasts with the family or romantic evenings out.

Our weekend breaks run from Friday to Monday for 3 nights.
Our mid week breaks run from Monday to Friday for 4 nights.
Our week long breaks run from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday for 7 nights.
Rates are based on 10 guests sleeping in the main barn or 12 guests sleeping in the main barn and the adjoining Shearing Shed.
