The space is suited to large families and groups of friends looking to get away in style, and explore the ancient fishing town of Rovinj on Croatia's beautiful northwest coast. The summer months here can be spent ambling the cobbled streets, sampling freshly caught seafood and discovering the wealth of culture and history at every turn.

This historic house is more than 300-years-old, but has been drastically renovated inside for modern, luxury living, while making the most of its original features and paying homage to its architectural heritage. Perhaps the most noticeable feature is its sheer number of windows, affording views of the twinkling Adriatic Sea, with the opportunity to dine outside on the terrace overlooking the bay.
