Sleeping up to 23 guests across the main cottage and annexe, Scotgate Cottage offers flexible accommodation ideal for large groups and multi-generational stays. The Principle Room features a super-king size bed and double sofa bed sleeping four guests, while the Sage Room also sleeps four with a king size bed and double sofa bed. Elsewhere in the main house, the Taupe Room offers a king size bed, the Yellow Room has a double bed and the Bunkbed Room is perfect for younger guests with one double bed and three singles sleeping five. In the annexe, the Blush Room has a double bed, the Peach Room features two single beds and there’s an additional double sofa bed in the annexe living room.

The standout feature, however, is undoubtedly the private indoor swimming pool. Heated to a blissful temperature and complete with a striking hand-painted mural, it offers year-round luxury whatever the weather. Throw open the bi-fold doors in summer for sunny poolside afternoons, then move between the bubbling hot tub and large sauna as evening falls. Later on, the billiards room provides the perfect social hub, with a pool table, darts board, bar area and space to enjoy drinks and laughter long into the night.

Outside, the grounds are just as impressive. Immaculate formal gardens, orchards and manicured lawns create a peaceful setting for morning strolls and evening drinks, while the multi-sports court offers tennis and netball for more energetic guests. There’s even a tranquil fishing lake complete with a pontoon and summer house, ideal for peaceful afternoons watching the water ripple beneath the Norfolk sky.
