This gorgeous newly built house with its clean, bright and elegant interior, sleeps up to 10 people and would be just the thing for a big multi-generational family get together or a group of friends looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea.

Once you enter, you'll be delighted with how spacious the property is. The layout is perfect for a large group, with an enormous open plan living area, clean white walls and large bi-fold doors letting the light spill in at all times of day. The kitchen area is high-end with a huge island worktop where everyone can gather for a welcome drink or a morning coffee. There's also a 10 seater dining table with comfy chairs so you can settle in for a long lazy supper with plenty of wine and chatter. With twin ovens, twin fridges and a separate wine fridge you'll need for nothing in the preparation of a fabulous feast for all. The laundry room has a separate washing machine, tumble dryer and indoor airer so no need to pack your entire wardrobe!

The living area has a big comfy corner sofa and is decorated in muted colours with a fantastic tryptic of the sea on one wall creating a calming space where you can put up your feet and watch a film.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, ideal for any guests with mobility issues. One is a twin and the other a king size with an ensuite shower room. There are three further bedrooms on the first floor, the master has a king size bed, ensuite and a dedicated work area (if you must) with a PC provided. The other two rooms are a king and a twin room respectively with the twin also having a cot should you need it. All of the rooms have been finished to high standard with comfy big beds which, combined with that sea air, will ensure a wonderful night's sleep. An additional feature that sets the rooms aside are the electronic blinds – some of the windows cover almost an entire wall so you can enjoy the view or your privacy!

Another great feature is the garden, which has been professionally landscaped and is perfect for entertaining. There's a grass area for games, plenty of comfy seating for everyone and the piece de resistance, a nice big hot tub for the adults to bob around in with a glass of champagne.

Mudeford is a lovely place to take a holiday with its shallow harbour, perfect for the kids to go crabbing, and the wide open sea a little further along. You'll be a short 10 minute drive from the New Forest too so you can spend one day on the beach enjoying water sports, swimming and picnics and the next rambling through the glorious woodlands in search of cosy pubs with big fires. There's something for everyone and if you fancy dining out one night (or every night) there's a lot to choose from. Locals love The Noisy Lobster for seafood, and The Jetty provides a more upmarket dining experience with fabulous views. At the end of the day, however you spend it, Sandcastle and more importantly, the hot tub, will be waiting for you.
