When it comes to preparing dinner, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped with modern appliances and amenities. There’s also a large kitchen island, so you can sit, glass of wine in hand, as your loved one prepares dinner. When dinner’s served, dine together at the big table that sits next to the huge windows allowing you to enjoy a tasty feast with a view.

The cosy lounge space at the end of the living area features a wall mounted Smart TV, some super-comfy sofas and a wood-burning fireplace, ensuring you stay warm and toasty whatever the weather outside.

When you step outside, you’ll find there’s an abundance of other social areas. While away the afternoon in your luxury hot tub with a glass of bubbly in hand or sweat it out in your own private sauna - another place to enjoy the incredible view. The garden also offers some swinging chairs, an alfresco dining area and some outdoor seating where you can enjoy a sundowner with your nearest and dearest.

When night falls, the house has four beautifully appointed bedrooms, which have all been lovingly decorated in calming seaside tones to help ensure you and your loved ones have a peaceful night’s sleep. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that provides stunning sea views and the other rooms offer a range of flexible sleeping arrangements to accommodate different group types.

When it comes to filling your days, you’re perfectly placed to venture out and explore this marvellous part of Cornwall. Explore the stunning coastline with scenic walks along the South West Coast Path, offering breathtaking views. Or head to Watergate Bay itself, which is perfect for surfing, paddleboarding or simply relaxing on the beach. Nearby, visit the vibrant town of Newquay for its lively shops and attractions, like the Blue Reef Aquarium. Discover the charm of Padstow, with its harbour, seafood restaurants and quaint streets. For nature lovers, the Goss Moor Nature Reserve provides peaceful walking and birdwatching opportunities, while the Eden Project offers an incredible botanical experience.
