Riva Lofts offers a variety of wonderful apartments, all of which are located opposite Cascine Park in Florence. Guests staying have the Arno River on their doorstep as well as the chance to enjoy stunning views and easy access to the city centre of one of Italy’s most beautiful destinations.

Each studio apartment has been lovingly designed to seamlessly blend modern, luxurious living with the rich history of the building and Florence itself. There are four different options to choose from depending on the requirements of the guests. The standard and loft studios both sleep two guests in a large double bed. The deluxe and superior deluxe studios also have a sofa bed, meaning they can sleep up to three people if needed. Finally, the studio apartments can accommodate four guests with a large double bed and a sofa bed in the living room.

The amazing design at Riva Lofts has succeeded in highlighting original features such as the huge arched windows, exposed brickwork, and carefully selected antiques. This combines with 1950s furniture and a range of materials to give a sophisticated and metropolitan feel to these quiet and peaceful retreats.

Each apartment is uniquely designed with specific characteristics, but all of them have a kitchenette area for preparing food and drink, as well as a stylish bathroom, and a living space. Many studios also have outside space in this residential section near the Oltrarno area of the city consisting of private terraces. Others have access to the communal garden, which as well as having hammocks and sunbeds, is also home to the outdoor pool.

Florence is famed for its culture, history, art, romance, and fine dining and the neighbourhood of Oltrarno is a hotspot for all of this. While the north of the river that runs through the city is home to famous landmarks such as the Duomo cathedral and the Uffizi galleries, Oltrarno is on the south and has attractions less mobbed by tourists. These include Piazzale Michelangelo and its beautiful views and the pre-Renaissance architecture of Santo Spirito. There is also superb Florentine cuisine, antipasti, and aperitivo served in an array of trattorias and bars.
