You should know
- Two dogs over one year old are welcome but must stay on the ground floor and off soft furnishings.
- The garden is enclosed when the gates are shut but the fencing is not fully secure.

- The bothy is available to hire at an additional cost and requires a refundable £250 deposit.
- Arrival is from 4pm and departure is by 10am.

Step inside and the house immediately feels warm and welcoming. The generous L-shaped living space is made for easy, sociable stays, whether that’s gathering everyone around the large wooden dining table for long, laughter-filled suppers or curling up on deep, cushion-stacked sofas as the wood-burning stove crackles within its marble mantlepiece. Pastoral artwork and soft country tones add character, while the Smart TV is perfect for relaxed film nights after a day on the hills. The kitchen sits within the same open space, so whoever is cooking on the AGA can still be part of the conversation, turning meal prep into a shared ritual rather than a chore.
On sunny days, throw open the double doors and let life spill onto the patio. The large outdoor table sets the scene for alfresco feasts that drift into golden evenings, while children play on the lawn and the countryside stretches quietly beyond the fence.
