Take the opportunity to treat yourself to an unforgettable escape in one of our luxury Rest & Recharge cabins, where comfort meets wild beauty. Set within 360 acres of working farmland near Newton-in-Bowland – a designated National Landscape – our cabins offer front-row access to sweeping views, endless hiking trails, and abundant wildlife. By day, explore rolling fells and woodlands. By night, sink into your private hot tub and watch the stars blaze across the sky in one of the UK’s official dark sky areas.
Each cabin is designed to provide all the comforts you need while keeping you close to nature. Inside, you’ll find king-sized beds with high-quality linens, cosy lounges, modern en-suite bathrooms, and compact yet fully equipped kitchenettes. Outside, every cabin comes with private decking, a dining area, BBQ, and firepit – perfect for starlit meals and slow evenings by the flames. Secure off-road parking is included, making it easy to travel straight into your retreat.
The Rest Cabin is a sanctuary for two. Perched at the top of the cluster and nestled at the foot of the fell, it boasts one of the most dramatic backdrops on the farm, with sweeping views visible from the bed, kitchen, and deck. A log-burning stove with an integrated oven makes evenings extra cosy, while the outdoor hot tub invites you to soak up silence and starlight. Ideal for couples seeking privacy, intimacy, and reconnection.
The Recharge Cabin sleeps up to three between a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. With a spacious lounge area, it’s perfect for friends on a group stay or parents traveling with a child. Like Rest, it features all the essentials – from organic coffee beans and yoga mats to bath towels for the hot tub – alongside thoughtful touches for shared moments.
Newton-in-Bowland is just one hour from Manchester, 90 minutes from Leeds or Liverpool, two hours from Sheffield, and five hours from London. Best reached by car, the journey rewards you with a sense of remoteness without being too far from the city.
Whether you’re looking to pause, reflect, or reconnect, Rest & Recharge cabins give you the gift of time, space, and privacy – all in the heart of nature.

Unfortunately, dogs and other pets aren’t allowed at these cabins. The spaces are designed to be calm, nature-immersive retreats and part of that experience means keeping them free from pets to protect the land, wildlife and the sensitive interiors. We know many people love to travel with their dogs, but here you’ll need to arrange care at home so you can fully relax and enjoy the peace of your getaway.
The Rest Cabin is designed as a private sanctuary for two adults, making it ideal for couples seeking an intimate break. The Recharge Cabin accommodates up to three guests, with a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. This makes it perfect for two friends, small families with a child, or even solo travellers looking for extra space.
Guests are welcome to check in from 3pm, giving you plenty of daylight to settle in and enjoy your first evening. Check-out is at 10am on your departure day to allow time for the team to prepare the cabins for the next guests. We recommend arriving on time to get the most from your stay and enjoy those first few hours of tranquillity.
The cabins have a two-night minimum stay mid-week and a three-night minimum at weekends. This helps ensure that every guest has enough time to switch off, unwind and fully immerse themselves in the slower pace of nature.
No WiFi is provided and mobile reception is limited depending on your network. This is intentional, as the cabins are designed for digital detox and reconnection with yourself, your loved ones and the natural environment. We suggest downloading any maps, playlists, or books before you arrive so you can lean into the screen-free experience.
Each cabin is equipped with high-quality linens, towels and a king-sized bed. There’s a lounge space, a compact kitchenette with hob and fridge and either a log-burning stove (Rest) or an electric stove (Recharge). You’ll also find thoughtful touches like yoga mats, organic coffee beans with grinders, books and games. Outdoors, there’s a deck with dining space, BBQ, firepit and of course, a hot tub for stargazing.
The cabins are located near Newton-in-Bowland in Lancashire, best reached by car for convenience. They’re just one hour from Manchester, around 90 minutes from Leeds, Liverpool, or Blackpool, two hours from Sheffield and about five hours from London. This makes them remote enough for a true escape, but not so far that they’re inaccessible for a weekend away.
Yes, secure off-road parking is available for all guests, so you can arrive and leave your car safely during your stay. Some cabins also feature gated or padlocked access for added peace of mind.
If anything breaks, stains, or gets damaged, please let the owners know straight away. You’ll only be charged the cost of repair or replacement and small accidents are understood. The cabins are cared for with love, so treating them gently helps ensure every guest enjoys the same high standard of experience.
