The detail

This marvellous villa offers SoCal vibes and a lovely view of the River Seine. Located just 45km south of Paris, this 14 person holiday villa offers large groups a fabulous base from which to explore this delightful part of France.

From the outside this is a striking waterside property with extensive panes of glass and a pretty first-floor balcony. Inside, it is equally stylish thanks to light wooden floors, whitewashed walls and the amazing river views. Socialise in the open plan living area whilst gazing out at the water. This grand space has lots of windows, flooding it with natural light, as well as a nice dining area, comfy lounge seating and a stylish bar. Sit up at the raised bar whilst your loved one prepares you a drink. There's also a quaint snug with a TV, meaning you can enjoy a comfy movie night or curl up with a good book.

The modern kitchen is a striking turquoise colour and has all you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. You can dine inside, or out on the water's edge, providing you with the chance to enjoy meals with a view. After you've eaten lunch, spend sunny afternoons fishing in the river, playing table tennis, soaking in the hot tub and listening to music on the provided speakers.

When bedtime beckons, the house sleeps four guests in two super comfy, stylish bedrooms. It can then accommodate a further 10 guests on pull out sofa beds. There are also three modern bathrooms with walk in showers and WCs.

You may wish to spend your days socialising by the water's edge in this truly stunning holiday home. However, if you venture out and explore there's lots to see and do in the local area. With nice restaurants and scenic river walks aplenty, you'll never want for things to do. And, as if that wasn't enough, the centre of Paris is only around 40 minutes away. So be sure to head in for a day exploring everything that France's magnificent capital city has to offer.
