Spread across three stylish floors, Parker’s Place offers uninterrupted views of the North Cornwall coastline from almost every room. Step into the spacious open-plan living and dining areas, where light floods through floor-to-ceiling windows, drawing your gaze to the spectacular sea views. This is a fabulous spot to unwind with your loved ones, with three plush sofas sitting around a wood burner. When the weather’s warm, step out onto the spacious balcondy, accessed from the living area, which offers outdoor sofas where you can enjoy morning coffees or evening cocktails while soaking in the views.

The high-spec kitchen is a dream for any budding chef, with a Rangemaster oven, induction hob, two dishwashers and a large island seating area - perfect for casual dining or chatting with friends while preparing meals.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a large TV room with a 75” flat screen, Sky Q and Netflix - perfect for movie nights, box set marathons or giving the kids their own space away from the grown ups. Bi-fold doors open out to the sun deck, where you can relax and take in the ocean views.

As night falls, there are three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms, on the ground floor and the family bedroom features a super-king bed (which can be separated into twins) and bunkbeds. The other two bedrooms offer super-king and king size beds, each with glass doors leading to the deck. Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts a super-king bed and two private balconies with yet more breathtaking views. Its ensuite offers both a deluxe bath and a fantastic rainfall shower, creating a private spa-like experience. Two more deluxe bedrooms upstairs also feature super-king beds and have ensuite bathrooms and stunning sea views.

Outside, Parker’s Place shines with its expansive sun deck, plenty of private balconies and a sheltered courtyard complete with a large dining table for alfresco meals. The huge deck is an amazing place to relax together on warmer days, enjoying incredible views and that fresh sea air. Grab a drink and settle in for an evening of socialising as the sun begins to set. There’s also an outside shower and drying area, exactly what’s needed after you walk back along the private footpath from a day at the beach.

Polzeath, a charming village on Cornwall's north coast, is known for its beautiful sandy beach and excellent surfing conditions. Visitors can enjoy coastal walks along the South West Coast Path, with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. Explore nearby Pentire Point for breathtaking cliffs or visit the peaceful Daymer Bay. Polzeath is also close to Rock, where you can take a ferry to Padstow for dining and shopping. It's a perfect destination for nature lovers and water sports enthusiasts.
