Oak Tree Farm is a spectacular home for large groups in the Peak District that boasts 11 uniquely designed bedrooms, offering versatility to accommodate up to 30 guests. Positioned in a tranquil rural setting, the property showcases expansive views of the incredible surrounding countryside. One of the home’s true highlights is the enchanting eco-friendly Scandinavian wood-fired hot tub nestled within the garden, perfectly framing the breathtaking vistas.

The communal spaces are thoughtfully designed, with the open-plan lounge and dining area serving as a great social hub where you can unwind together in style. Accentuated by solid oak floors and majestic beams, this great space features a dining section and a cosy seating area with a television.

The property's allure continues with its inviting games room, where guests can engage in a spirited game of pool, unwind on plush sofas or enjoy a cinematic experience on the wall-mounted TV.

For moments of solitude, the stone-flagged entrance hall offers a serene retreat, complete with inviting chairs, ideal for delving into a captivating book.

The heart of the home is its artisanal country kitchen, adorned with a traditional electric Aga, exuding warmth and charm. Fully equipped with modern amenities, this kitchen ensures seamless self-catering experiences. Adjacent, the dining area showcases four expansive farmhouse tables, comfortably accommodating up to 30 guests, while French doors enhance the ambiance, leading to a paved terrace.

Ideal for families and diverse groups, the property features 11 bedrooms, seven of which are ensuite. There’s a further family bathroom and two shared shower rooms.

The adaptable bedding configurations, offering twin or double setups, cater to individual preferences. There are also three ground floor bedrooms, including a cosy bunk bed room, for added accessibility.

Situated in an exclusive enclave, Oak Tree Farm is accessed via a scenic drive, enveloped by verdant landscapes, expansive lawns and mature gardens. The sprawling woodland beckons children for imaginative adventures.

Outdoors, a sun-drenched terrace invites alfresco dining, complemented by a BBQ. This is also where the two-metre-wide circular Scandinavian-style wood-fired hot tub, sits. Accommodating six to eight guests, the hot tub allows you to unwind in true style, and it is strategically positioned beneath a bespoke gazebo, maximising the panoramic countryside views.

Situated just two miles from the picturesque village of Longnor in the Staffordshire Moorlands, Oak Tree Farm offers easy access to the stunning Peak District. Positioned between the River Dove and the River Manifold, it's a prime location for exploring this breathtaking national park. Longnor itself boasts a quaint village shop, post office, craft centre and tea room. The historic cobbled market square, with its rich heritage, is highlighted by a board outside the market hall detailing historical stall fees.
