Sleeping up to 18 across two properties, this is an idyllic spot for large groups to rest and unwind in the country. Youngsters will love the abundance of space. The properties are surrounded by two acres of garden and a large playing field which has a set of football goals, so children can run, jump and play to their heart's content while adults can get on with the very grown-up business of enjoying themselves. There are two outdoor terraces, one has garden furniture to seat 20 and a gas barbecue for languid summer afternoons.
A property accommodating large groups needs a decent kitchen and Monnington House boasts a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a large island at its centre - ideal when pitching in to make dinner or leaning against with a glass of wine catching up with loved ones. Off-the-kitchen is an expansive dining room which features a super-long table and seating for all the guests. Patio windows offer views across the garden and underfloor heating keeps it warm all year round.
A separate sitting room and snug offer lots of space for lounging on large sofas, watching movies or just escaping for a few minutes of 'me' time. Upstairs, on the first floor there are four bedrooms, all with comfy beds (three super king and one twin), crisp linens and en suite bathroom/shower rooms. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, one en suite and one with a separate bathroom, both with great views over the lovely gardens.
Over in Monnington House Cottage, there are a further three large bedrooms, all with their own en suite shower/bathroom. Within the property and its grounds there is everything guests needs for a lovely stay but there is plenty to see and do in the immediate area.
