Inside, the house is designed to impress. The main hub of the home is the fantastic open-plan living space, which boasts a double-height lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows, letting you enjoy those spectacular views at every turn. Kick back on mid-century modern sofas and keep toasty by the log burner or settle in for a movie night on the Freesat Smart TV. You also have fast, unlimited WiFi so you can stay connected during your stay.
The open-plan living area also features a stylish, well-equipped kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up delicious feasts during your stay. And you can then enjoy long hearty meals at the stylish dining table, which is perfectly placed to make the most of the incredible views.
When night falls, Mol Bàn sleeps six guests in three beautifully appointed bedrooms, all of which offer yet more amazing sea views. There's a king size bedroom upstairs with an ensuite for added privacy as well as a double room and a twin room (with another ensuite) downstairs. The sleek and stylish family bathroom has its own bath tub so you can settle in for an indulgent soak after a day exploring the island.

Like many people, we've been fortunate enough to travel to some wonderful places over the years. That makes it all the more special that we keep coming back to Molban. Travelling all the way from the south coast, we wouldn't make the journey time and again if it wasn't such a lovely place to stay. Even if the weather isn't at its best, it's no hardship to simply sit back, relax, and take in the panoramic views across the bay. The wildlife is incredible—there's always something to see, and it's easy to lose track of time just watching it. Of course, anyone familiar with the Hebrides knows the weather can change in an instant, and before long the sun may well be shining again. The house is exceptionally well equipped, with everything we've ever needed. If anything does come up, Beverley and Angus are just under a mile away. They're wonderfully friendly and helpful, always available if needed, but never intrusive. There's plenty to enjoy right on the doorstep if you're happy to stay local, but Molban is also a perfect base for exploring Harris and Lewis. You can even catch the ferry from Leverburgh for another adventure. We don't often write reviews, but Molban at Lingerbay is one place we felt truly deserved one. M, C and O from South Coast

This was our second visit, and it is truly one of the most wonderful homes we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in lots! Home is the right word too, as it is very welcoming. Really well stocked with kitchen and garden equipment. The view is so utterly stunning you could easily spend your time just gazing out across the bay watching the seals with your binoculars or looking out for eagles flying past. It really is a very special place. Beverly is a super host, answering questions and on hand to help. She recommended a dog sitter to enable us to fulfill a lifetime dream of visiting St Kilda ???? Being dog friendly with a secure garden is really important to us and rare to find on the islands. This is a really popular and special home so I highly recommend you plan ahead and book at least 14 months ahead. There are many returnees like us!
