The architecture of Wild Meadow Cottage is designed to let in the beauty and rugged tranquillity of the world famous flora and landscape of Radnorshire, while creating a comfortable interior for stargazing and curling up with a book. Set in three acres of private orchards and meadows, the grounds of Wild Meadow Cottage include a kitchen garden where guests are encouraged to pick produce for themselves.
On the ground floor, local timber, whitewashed walls, and big picture windows have been utilised to create an open, light-filled space, characterised by rough wooden finishes. Exposed blonde beams and a beautiful wooden door are the standout features in this room. Expect a well appointed kitchen with an electric cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave, as well as a dishwasher. The solar panels ensure a constant supply of hot water to she shower and the electricity comes from a renewable energy firm, generated off-site. A washer and dryer guarantee that whatever the weather, you’ll be ready to strike out each morning.
Congregate around the woodburning stove in the evening, or recline and watch a film on the DVD player-equipped satellite television. The cottage is fabulous and even better than it looks in the photos. We relaxed from the word go. Not something we usually achieve! The dog loved the meadow and searching for wildlife!! We enjoyed eating some early raspberries on my walks with him. We will definitely be back!!!

We had an amazing short stay at Wild Meadow Cottage which is set in a beautiful private setting. The Cottage was exceptionally well equipped with everything we needed for us and our dog. The owners communicated very well and answered all of our questions. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to others that are looking for a relaxing break.
