Situated directly on the beach, this marvellous, modern home in West Sussex offers big groups a perfect seaside getaway. The spacious home overlooks the beach in Bracklesham Bay, offering breathtaking views of the Solent and Isle of Wight.

As you enter, you’ll notice the home has a quirky ‘upside-down’ layout, which allows you to make the most of the incredible views. The grand open-plan living area is situated on the top floor and features super high ceilings, giant windows and sliding glass doors that make it feel gigantic. The windows frame the amazing sea view and the sliding glass doors open up onto the wooden balcony, which offers the perfect place to sit with a drink in hand as you gaze out at the sea.

Back inside, the open-plan living space has a cosy lounge area at one end, where a giant L-shaped sofa and a huge bean bag sit around a wood-burning fireplace. Light the fire and settle in for a cosy evening catching up with loved ones.

Just off the lounge is the superb, modern kitchen. Here you’ll find all the appliances and amenities you need, alongside a large kitchen island where you can perch with a drink in hand. Sit here and chat to your loved one as they prepare a delicious feast to be enjoyed at the grand dining table that offers yet another spot from which to enjoy the view. The living space is perfect for big social gatherings, however, if you fancy some peace, there’s a cosy TV room you can retire to with a large sofa and Smart TV for entertainment.

When night falls, head downstairs to the bedrooms. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. Two king-size bedrooms each feature their own ensuite bathrooms, offering privacy and convenience. A third bedroom includes two single beds, while a fourth bunk room contains two sets of bunk beds, making it a great option for families or groups of children staying together. A spacious shared bathroom features a shower and dual sinks, ensuring plenty of space for everyone.

The home also offers a fantastic outside area, where you’ll find an extensive garden and deck. Gather here on warm days and unwind while taking in the stunning ocean views. There’s a charcoal BBQ here, should you wish to get grilling, and the furnished patio creates a perfect setting for alfresco dining. With direct beach access, guests can easily enjoy the sand and sea, making this beach house an idyllic retreat for relaxation and coastal adventure.

If you wish to venture out, Bracklesham Bay sits close to the amazing coastal villages of East and West Wittering. This area is known for its stunning sandy beaches and tranquil seaside atmosphere. West Wittering Beach, in particular, is renowned for its Blue Flag status, indicating its cleanliness and excellent water quality, making it a popular destination for families, water sports enthusiasts, and nature lovers alike.

Visitors to the area can take part in a variety of activities, from swimming and sunbathing to kite surfing, windsurfing, and exploring the pristine shoreline. Coastal paths wind through the landscape, offering scenic walks with stunning views of the English Channel.
