With a striking location on the edge of Derwentwater, Lodore Falls Hotel and Spa is a spa escape like no other. Surrounded by lake, fell and forest views, you are fully immersed in the peaceful natural surroundings.
Views across the lakes or mountains feature in many of the rooms at Lodore Falls.The Falls Spa offers a thermal suite with twelve different heat experiences, five treatment rooms, an exclusive Champagne bar and an outdoor infinity-edge vitality pool, with neck jets, underwater loungers and stunning views. Guests staying in a Lodore Suite or Deluxe Spa Suite receive two hours of complimentary access to the spa per day, bookable once your reservation is confirmed. Guests staying in all other room types can book two hours of access to the spa on the day, subject to availability at an additional cost.
All Spa Suites are generously sized from 344sqft for the smaller suites, to a sumptuously ample 915sqft. The suites offer up the best rooms in the house - with the very best having private balconies, separate lounge areas and walk-in wardrobes. All are beautifully styled with muted colour schemes, luxurious textiles and deliciously comfortable Sealy beds. The ensuite bathrooms are as luxuriously appointed as you’d expect - and all come with Elemis toiletries, bathrobes and slippers.
For food and drink you can choose from the champagne bar whilst in the spa - or treat yourself with a choice of two award winning restaurants, the 2 rosette Lake View Restaurant and Mizu, a multi-award winning pan-Asian restaurant. For those wanting a light bite, The Lake View lounge bar, library lounges, conservatory and outdoor terrace cater for morning coffee, light lunches and afternoon tea.
Located in the majestic Borrowdale Valley, just outside of Keswick, there is plenty to see in the local area - with plenty of walking, cycling and general adventuring to be had. For something a bit different, head to Honister Slate Mine for a thrill on the Via Ferrata, venture to Whinlatter Forest Park to see if you can spot a red squirrel or take in a visit to The Lakes Distillery at Keswick.
