Its versatile set up makes it an ideal getaway for couples, friends and families of all ages looking to explore some of the loveliest coastlines in the the UK. Boasting three sizeable bedrooms across two floors, extraordinary ocean vistas and the cosy features which you can expect from every comfy rural getaway, Litua is a magical cottage that will stay with you long after you leave.
Everything about Litua has been designed to make the most of its enviable position on the shoreline, with picture windows and a substantial deck all facing the sea. From the moment you rise in the morning to the views of the rolling waves to when you turn in at night watching the starlight over the sea, you're bound to be delighted by your time here.
The property itself benefits from a spacious open plan main room, with a first-class contemporary fitted kitchen sharing the space with low-slung sofas. You'll be kept cosy thanks to the wood-burning stove, and come dinner time you can enjoy meals with your loved ones in the stylish dining space. That said, in the warmer months most guests choose to spend most of their time outside, either down by the water or on the exterior decking, taking in the light, sharing meals together, or simply sitting and enjoying one another's company with a dram of local whisky. On the deck, there's also a seven-seater hot tub, meaning you can relax under the stars with your loved ones in style.
The property also benefits from three large bedrooms, one main room with an ensuite bathroom on the ground floor, and two further rooms upstairs with a king bed and twin doubles respectively. This set up makes Litua ideal for a number of configurations of friends and families. Everything about the cottage, which is built on a working croft, is finished to a high standard, with no compromises on amenities, appliances or decor, making this a truly comfortable family home.
Despite its tranquil and rural atmosphere, Litua is located conveniently close to amenities, with the shops and eateries of charming Arisaig in easy walking distance. From excellent restaurants specialising in seafood and game to quaint, rural pubs and grocery shops to stock up on ingredients for memorable family meals, everything you could need is just a stroll away.
Days at Litua are spent however you please, with the choice of lengthy hikes and wild swims, deer-stalking and fishing, or gentler hours spent curled up with a cup of tea and a book, taking in the changing light before sauntering into town for a pint and a dram with an old friend in the evening.

Short stays are available during the low season (November to March)
A non-refundable deposit of £400 is paid upon the booking and the remainder 8 weeks prior to your date of arrival. A £250 security deposit must be sent along with your final payment. This will be returned to you within 7 days of your end of the rental date provided the property is left in the same condition as found.

Amazing stay from start to finish. The house is in a stunning location and really well finishing with amazing sea views. Victoria and Ross have put a great deal of thought into the house which makes it a true home away from home. Fast WiFi, electric blinds, smart TV, log burner, hot tub that is ready for a dip at all times, coffee machine with plenty of coffee pods, milk frother, dressing gowns, just anything you need for perfect holiday and more . Amazing accommodation in a great location with stunning views. Loved every minute, you can totally relax in luxury. The house was spotless! Great open kitchen/living room area with high-end appliances and all the amenities you might need for the holiday. Everything was just so nice. The hot tub was a great bonus, after long walks, relax and soak in with stunning sunset views. We didn’t want to leave and everything was perfect thank you for looking after us so well
