We had a great time here! Everything was clean and organised, the hot tub was awesome, the green areas around the property offered privacy. Parking for the car was a couple of steps from the accommodation! Communication with the host was easy and very good! Great retreat for relaxing! We really enjoyed it!

Karen and David have created a perfect paradise with the Kingfisher Yurt - it’s heavenly. It’s easy to find and well situated in a secluded glade, within Wendover village. We enjoyed the peace and the very comfortable accommodation; it has everything you could want. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped with BBQ tools as well, and the bathroom is pristine (better than our bathroom at home!). We really enjoyed the hot tub, which takes about 2-4 hours to heat up from the wood fire. There are lots of thoughtful touches, like fairy lights and eye masks provided (as the yurt has a big window at the top). We were very thankful for the shade provided from the incredible trees (especially during the heatwave!) as well as the chorus of songbirds and nearby church bells. Communication was excellent throughout (before and during our stay). We really enjoyed meeting David, who is a lovely character. We would stay again in a heartbeat - what a magical place!
