This charming, off-grid shack sits in a tranquil slice of countryside in North Wales. Offering stunning views and a chance to be at one with nature, this is an ideal break for a couple looking for a romantic retreat or a small family after some quality time together in a beautiful setting.
When you arrive, you’ll love the surrounding scenery. The cabin sits on a field where you can spread out and unwind in the summer sunshine. There’s a nice picnic bench out here for summer lunches with a view, and some chairs sat around a firepit, where you can toast marshmallows and chat the night away as the stars come out above.
Heading inside, the cabin has a quaint and cosy interiors with exposed wooden walls and large windows framing rolling countryside views. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a cooker and amenities that make meal prep nice and easy, and there’s a cute dining table for four that sits in the middle of the cabin.
When night falls, there’s a king size bed at one end of the cabin that offers couples a wonderful night’s sleep. The bed has huge windows on two sides, ensuring you can wake up and enjoy your first coffee of the day with impeccable views. There is also space for two children (13-years-old or younger) on the bunk bed, making the stay ideal for families with little ones.
Tucked away near Holywell, just off Denbigh Road, this superb cabin offers the perfect base for exploring the Clwydian Range and its stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Take scenic hikes along rolling hills, enjoy peaceful woodland walks or cycle through quiet country lanes.
Visit nearby Holywell to discover St Winefride’s Well, steeped in history and legend. Birdwatchers will love spotting local wildlife, while photographers can capture sweeping Welsh landscapes. For a slower pace, pack a picnic and soak in the tranquil surroundings of your private field. With nature on your doorstep, it’s easy to unwind and reconnect in this idyllic corner of Wales.
