Set high where Coverdale meets Wensleydale, Hollins Barn is all about space, style and those far-reaching Yorkshire views that seem to stretch on forever. This beautifully converted stone barn blends rustic character with contemporary comfort, offering the perfect setting for large group getaways, whether you’re celebrating something special or simply escaping to the countryside together.

Step inside and you’re welcomed by a light-filled entrance hall that sets the tone for the rest of the house. At its heart lies a superb kitchen designed for sociable living. A large central island invites everyone to gather, whether prepping meals or enjoying a glass of wine, while the Rangemaster oven, double fridge/freezer and two dishwashers make catering for a crowd effortless. Two generous dining tables create a warm and inviting space for long, laughter-filled meals, all set against a backdrop of stunning countryside views through wide windows and open doors leading out to the patio.

Across the hall, the sitting room offers a cosy yet spacious retreat, where exposed brickwork and timber beams add character. Sink into plush seating, enjoy a film on the large TV or gather around for relaxed evenings after a day exploring the Dales. Underfloor heating keeps everything toasty, while easy access to the courtyard and garden makes indoor-outdoor living a breeze.

Upstairs, six beautifully styled bedrooms offer flexibility for any group. Each features a super-king size bed that can be arranged as twins, along with calming décor and lovely rural views. Two of the bedrooms boast ensuite bathrooms with walk-in rainfall showers and separate baths, while the remaining rooms share two well-appointed family bathrooms, ensuring everyone has space to unwind.

Outside, the magic continues. Fire up the BBQ for alfresco feasts on the patio, then slip into the bubbling hot tub as the sun dips behind the hills. The enclosed courtyard is perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee, while the surrounding countryside invites you to explore straight from your doorstep.

During your stay, you are also able to book some fabulous additional extras that include pilates classes, beauty treatments or even cocktail making.

Family get together of ten people to celebrate a 70th birthday. Warm welcome from Harry, the owner. Beautifully maintained accommodation with excellent kitchen equipment. Fantastic large fridge and freezer. Large, easy to use oven and hob. Plenty of kitchen cleaning equipment. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful setting.
