The details
The ground-level Gate House Lodge is located within beautiful woodland with an amazing lake view, panoramic sauna, private mooring platform and rowing boat. This indulgent, adult short break offers the ultimate return to nature on the edge of Lincolnshire’s most attractive village, Woodhall Spa and is set amongst 17 acres of mature, rhododendron woodlands. The natural leafy surroundings provide quiet solitude and a dreamy sanctuary any time of year. The tastefully designed interiors combine rustic and luxury contemporary living, offering a calming, magical experience.
With two large picture windows and patio doors leading out towards the woodland and beautiful views across the lake, the lounge area offers comfortable armchairs, a small farmhouse table and chairs and a restful, subtle colour scheme with hints of teal and grey. Chill out and enjoy intimate evenings for two in your cosy hideaway.
The stylish kitchen features open handcrafted oak shelves, oak worktops, bespoke grey kitchen units, a two-ring electric hob, electric oven, microwave and built-in fridge freezer and is well equipped with everything you need for a luxury self-catering break.
Your bedroom boasts a king size handmade bed and Scandinavian-inspired interiors with chic ambient lighting. Snuggle down at night with the sounds of nature soothing you to sleep.
The modern shower room features a walk-in drencher shower, washbasin, WC and heated towel rail. Fluffy towels and bathrobes are provided along with complimentary Signature toiletries, handmade soaps and spa slippers for that extra touch of luxury.
Outside you’ll find access to a lake, with your own private mooring platform and rowing boat. Open woodlands surround you, with the addition of your own private, panoramic sauna which boasts the most stunning lake and woodland view.
