The detail

With breathtaking views of expansive beautifully-landscaped gardens out to the ocean beyond, this lovely hotel offers its guests a place to exhale, unwind and enjoy beautiful Guernsey.

These four rooms are each thoughtfully decorated to enhance the feeling of living among the treas. Feature walls are covered in gorgeous timbers and wooden floors give a forest-vibe while attractive symmetrical pendant lights offer atmospheric lighting for romantic evenings. Colourful rugs give a pop of colour and woollen throws provide a cosy texture to snuggle against.

Large patio doors bring natural light pouring into the rooms and guest wake in the luxurious double beds to the sound of birdsong. And what could be a better way to begin a day than to lie, cosy amongst the snuggly duvet and crisp linens, soaked in beams of natural light?

Or grab woollen blanket from the bed, pour a mug of steaming coffee and step outside onto the private balcony. Snuggle under the blanket and watch the birds flutter around the surrounding woodland while you make plans for the day, or simply relax and enjoy the tranquility of this lovely location.

Each room has its own stunning en-suite double shower room. Double shower heads offer an invigorating bathing experience, ideal for washing away the salt and sand following long days at one of the many nearby beaches. Complimentary White Company toiletries and large which fluffy towels await guests, when they emerge from the shower, for a truly luxurious experience.

The treehouse rooms are part of a larger hotel, so visitors can enjoy all the services bigger establishment offers, including large grounds and three on-site restaurants, whilst the rooms have a definite 'boutique' feel.

The hotel is idyllically situated on Guernsey's network of coastal paths making it the perfect location for hikers and bikers. For beach lovers, the walk to the nearby beach, through the lush green sided valley, is spectacular. The quiet pebble beach is well-worth the trip, it has toilets and a small cafe too, and the steep walk back to the hotel works up an appetite for dinner.

There are three onsite restaurants, Buho serving Mexican inspired food, Ocean Greek Eats and The Rock Garden Steakhouse. Or, for something light, head to the hotel's tearoom for fresh blends of tea and coffee and homemade cakes and biscuits.

For guests wanting something off-site, St Peter Port is nearby and is host to some great restaurants including the Spanish-inspired Tinto, fresh lobster a Octopus or head to Mora for great fresh fish.
