The details
This apartment is small and perfectly formed. The owner has created a lovely calm space with white walls and beautiful little touches wherever you look from funky jars and gorgeous lampshades to a comfy sky blue sofa. Modern and cool this little pad's piece de resistance is its stunning spa like bathroom. Tiled walls enclose a freestanding tub, walk-in rain shower, TV and luxury toiletries for you to enjoy a long bubbly soak with a glass of champagne whilst watching...well, anything you fancy.
The flat has a lot of natural light, and high-end Sonos audio coverage so you can listen to some tunes whilst planning how you are going to eat your way around the area. You're in the heart of foodie heaven and if you stand out on the deck terrace with your morning coffee you'll find yourself staring directly at the famous Exmouth Market.
There's also a modern, contemporary kitchen making meal prep a breeze, and a quaint kitchen island with space for two to sit and enjoy meals together.
The area is buzzing with young creative energy and is home to some of the hippest restaurants in town. Moro has been serving some of the finest Moorish cuisine for the last 20 years and is a must visit for all food lovers. You might also want to get reservations at the famous St John and The Modern Pantry where you'll be rubbing shoulders with London's most stylish artsy young professionals.
During the day try some of the famed food carts or pick up some bits to take back and enjoy in your peaceful kitchen. The walk up to Angel is lovely with plenty of shops and coffee spots and if you're in the mood for some culture check out The Sadler's Wells, the UK's leading dance venue for some fabulous shows, or make your way to the Barbican Centre and see what's on.
