Situated on a private footpath terrace just 200 yards from the stunning waterside at St Mawes, Dreamcatchers has one of the best locations in the whole of Cornwall. Luxurious interiors are effortlessly chic - with five bedrooms sleeping up to ten guests in style. Enjoy uninterrupted views from the large balconies or garden - or step out into the gorgeous village of St Mawes where you’ll find everything from quaint cafes to harbourside restaurants.
The large kitchen, dining, lounge area is beautiful. Views and light flood into the room through the large bi-fold doors. Elegant wooden floors, stylish light fittings and an impressive vaulted ceiling makes this room a real showstopper. The living area is suitably cosy with large leather sofas, flatscreen television and a modern wood burning stove. It’s the perfect space to play games (all provided), watch television, or simply sit back and take in the view. And, for those needing a little more space to spread out, there’s a further lounge to relax in.
The dining area is perfectly positioned between the lounge and kitchen.The elegant table seats up to ten easily and serves up the most delicious views.
The large kitchen is stylish and modern, with wooden work surfaces and sleek kitchen units. Looks apart, it’s also beautifully practical with an oven, hob, two double fridge-freezers, a dishwasher and the all-important coffee machine. If you’re really cooking to impress, there’s also plenty of gadgets, including a mixer and food processor. And for those that don’t quite have the culinary skills, there’s always the option of hiring your own personal chef.
Out on the wooden balcony, there’s another dining area, comfortable seating and a BBQ, so you can enjoy some gloriously decadent al-fresco dining. And the glass-fronted balcony means that the views are never restricted. There’s also a large sunny South facing garden that gives any younger guests all the space they need to run around.
Upstairs there are five bedrooms (two doubles, three doubles/twins) that can be set up to accommodate an array of sleeping arrangements. All of the rooms are the epitome of luxury with Hypnos mattresses, goose down duvets and beds dressed in 100% pure Eyyptian cotton. The two Master bedrooms have large open plan bathrooms and impressive bifold doors that lead out onto a glass-fronted balcony. And two further double bedrooms come with luxury ensuites, whilst the fifth room has a bathroom just opposite. All of the bathrooms are lavishly appointed - you can expect large baths or walk-in showers, or both.
The location is just as exclusive as this beautiful house. Situated just 200 yards from the waterside of the pretty Cornish village of St Mawes. Stroll into the village to explore the vibrant cafes, restaurants or quaint pubs. With its picture perfect harbour and beaches to explore, it’s the ideal location for a perfect family holiday or friends get together.
