Nestled in 1,000 acres of beautiful farmland, it is perfect for a family or group staycation with elegant accommodation, an indoor pool, a large garden and lots for children to do. With only five miles to Dorchester and 10 miles to Weymouth, the location couldn’t be better for a family holiday, quiet break or special occasion.

The spacious living room offers a classic and elegant ambience with an open fire in a stone surround and rug-strewn oak floors. The modern additions of a TV/DVD, Sonos sound system and Sky package will satisfy most tastes while the selection of books and games will appeal to the more traditional guests. French doors open out to the lovely garden and in the warmer months you can open these and let the outside in.

The modern kitchen features white stone tops throughout and benefits from a five-burner gas hob, three ovens, a microwave, a large fridge, a large fridge/freezer, a drinks fridge and two dishwashers. A big island unit with seating offers a sociable hub to gather around while the chef rustles up a feast that you can enjoy at the expansive dining table.

A handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and extra storage leads, via a covered area, to the pool and you’ll find an extra cloakroom here with a WC.

A selection of king size, double and twin bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, provide a variety of sleeping arrangements according to your needs. All are elegantly furnished in a relaxed countryside chic style and all benefit from luxurious ensuite bathrooms with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels.

Outside, you’ll find expansive gardens with a covered portico area, patio and comfortable seating and dining furniture. A large Weber gas BBQ allows you to take your meals alfresco and enjoy the warmer evenings. You can take your pick of the many activities on offer. A games room with a pool table, table football and large TV with Freeview and DVD player provides sedate entertainment while if you’re feeling active, there’s a tennis court, badminton and croquet on offer. Your luxurious home is situated close to the stunning Jurassic Coastline which holds a wealth of experiences. Visit Dancing Ledge over near Studland, the legendary Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove and the lovely old Harbour at Weymouth. You may also wish to check out The Flete and Chesil Beach around Abbotsbury, Golden Cap at Chideock and the famous Cobb at Lyme Regis where you can also try your hand at fossil hunting. With beautiful coastal walks covering nearly all of these areas, the views, cliffs, rock formations, beaches and coastal farmland all offer an exhilarating experience at many different times of year.
