They call the market town of Richmond the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, and you’ll be in just the right place to explore this beautiful area at Darcy Mews. With 5 luxury apartments right by the riverside, there’s a choice to please couples, families, groups… and dogs too.

Featuring impressive contemporary styling, this quintet of apartments enjoy views across the fast-moving River Swale, as well as the Richmond Falls. Everything has been carefully considered, from the interior design to the special touches including a welcome hamper waiting for you on arrival.

Each apartment benefits from free private parking and Wi-Fi, while all your bed linen and kitchen essentials are also provided. Several also have a terrace of their own with park views, and the location – just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Richmond – is certainly convenient. The town has numerous restaurants, bars and shops to visit, and counts museums, abbeys and a medieval castle among its attractions.

You will find two dog-friendly apartments at Darcy Mews – no.1 is a 3-bedroom, while no.5 has 2 bedrooms. In common with all of the apartments, both offer cots, high chairs and the like if required, so every member of the family will feel right at home.

Your other options include a further 2-bed apartment (no.4), and another gorgeous 3-bedroom property (no.2). Set over 3 floors, this one incorporates a master bedroom with en suite and access to a private outdoor seating area. Both have open-plan living and dining areas and a bathroom you’ll want to make the most of.

Finally, the 1-bedroom penthouse tops things off elegantly, with its river-facing terrace the very best place to relax with a drink or two each evening. A king-size bed and walk-in shower add further decadent touches.
