Located in the heart of the forest in Stara Rise in the Vysocina Region of the Czech Republic, this home is surrounded by unspoiled nature providing you with a tranquil getaway that will remain in your memory for years to come. Plus, the home's 'green' roof even features its own eco-system of decorative flowers and fresh fruit.
Start your mornings with a fruit-filled smoothie made in the blender, then, on warmer days wake yourself up with a refreshing dip in the home’s natural pool before drying off on a sun lounger.
Explore the area’s beautiful forests on foot, or hop on one of the bikes provided and ride through nature, stopping every now and then to admire the sunlight dappled through the leaves.
Visit the historic city of Telc – reachable in just fifteen minutes by car – and admire the sights of this UNESCO World Heritage site including Zacharias of Hradec Square, and the chateau, formerly a Gothic castle, with its carved wood ceilings. See Rostejn castle – a nineteen-minute drive away, or travel further afield and visit Prague – which is reachable in just under two hours by car.
On colder evenings, we would love nothing more than to curl up with a good book and a mug of mulled wine beside the log-burning fire here, enjoying the cosy warmth and admiring the views outside.
