Stayed here for 3 nights and we were blown away by the idyllic setting and the tranquility of the site the hut is on. Equipped with all the essentials electric, water, gas hob, shower and toilet the hut even has reliable wifi and a comfy double bed. Karen and Dave were so helpful and gave us plenty of information on the local area, great hosts. Great base for walking and site seeing we would definitely recommend this place for your next getaway.

Just returned from a thoroughly relaxing break away at Cromwells Hideaway. The hut itself was immaculate and some delightful added touches of a breakfast basket, wifi and high end kitchenware and toiletries. The surrounding area is truly tranquil and Karen and Dave were brilliant hosts. We will definitely be back.

Perfect little hideaway for two. The hut is beautiful, spotless and kitted out with all you need. So many lovely personal touches including a delicious breakfast basket and gorgeous toiletries. Karen was really helpful prior to our arrival-recommending walks/pubs/restaurants/taxis. The location is very private with stunning views. Can’t wait to return. Would highly highly recommend.

We stayed for a couple of nights in May. The Sheppard's Hut is beautiful, set in a private bit of countryside and finished to very high standard. It has everything you'd need and the welcome basket was a lovely treat. We had a great time and look forward to returning again.

Perfect and peaceful stay. After the madness of Covid 19 and the overtime myself and my partner have put in as key workers this stay was well needed. Both Karen and her partner were welcoming and knowledgeable on the local area. The hut is exactly like pictures, immaculately kept and cared for! We enjoyed our bottle of Prosecco courtesy of Karen by the outdoor log burner! Thank you!

Absolutely loved Cromwell's hideaway! The area is very nice, the cabin itself is of the highest quality and has everything you need. I can't recommend it enough, and we will be coming back next year for sure. Karen was very friendly and helpful also. Thanks again, see you next year!

Had a much needed, child free, 2 night stay here celebrating my husbands 40th and it was perfect. From the chilled Prosecco on arrival to the breakfast hamper. Such a beautiful location overlooking the Welsh countryside, would totally recommend.

Stayed here for 3 nights an was met by the lovely Karen on arrival. She gave us helpful tips of what to do and see around the area including a 20min walk to the local pub in Raglan as it was such a beautiful day when we arrived. There was a lot of attention to detail in the hut, also we were given a lovely breakfast basket with everything you need and a bottle of prosecco on arrival, nice touch. Had a lovely few days there and when I left my jacket there, Karen kindly sent it back to me which I was ever so grateful. Had such a relaxing time and hope to be back sometime, I'd really recommend it!!!

What a beautiful little hut with total privacy looking out over some beautiful countryside. Surrounded by nature from sheep to birds of prey. Karen left a lovely hamper for breakfast the following morning. It was a delightful stay, we will definitely be going back. Would highly recommend
