- The cottages sleep two guests only and additional guests are not permitted.
- No pets or children are allowed.
- The cottages are arranged over two floors via a staircase.
- There is no parking at the property, but pay and display car parks are nearby and a parking clock is provided for use in council car parks across the New Forest.
- Little Blue Cottage has a corner bed and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
- Service cleans are complimentary for stays of eight nights or more.
- No smoking is permitted and deep cleaning charges will apply if this rule is broken.

Originally grain stores, sheds and a storage barn, they’ve been thoughtfully transformed by owner and interior designer Jane McIntyre into elegant, courtyard hideaways where every detail has been carefully considered. The result is a pair of small yet perfectly formed retreats that feel indulgent, intimate and effortlessly stylish. You can book these cottage separately for a couple's retreat, or book them together if there are four of you looking to stay together.
Step inside and you’re welcomed into a cosy sitting room designed for relaxed evenings after a day by the coast or wandering the New Forest. Soft lighting, curated furnishings and a calm colour palette create a soothing atmosphere, while a TV and DVD player invite slow nights in with a favourite film and a glass of wine. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cutlery and crockery, making it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out or a simple supper using delicious local produce from the Saturday market.
Upstairs, the king size bed is dressed in crisp 400 thread count linen, topped with a king size duvet that changes weight with the seasons, four plump pillows and a soft throw for added comfort. Two bath towels, matching hand towels, a bath mat and hand and body wash are all provided, so you can travel light and settle in straight away. The bathroom features a shower over the bath, ideal for a quick refresh before dinner in town or a long soak after a forest ramble. Please note that Little Blue Cottage has a corner bed, so may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
