You should know
- There is another barn on site, Top Barn, which can also be booked if you’re planning a larger group stay with family or friends.
- One sofa bed in the second bedroom allows for a fifth guest.
- There is a small welcome hamper for short stays, including a cream tea. The full welcome hamper is only provided for stays of more than 5 days.
- If requested, a rota system can be put in place for the pool where each cottage alternates between mornings and afternoons for guaranteed privacy.
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome.

Inside, the barn is a warm and welcoming retreat, where contemporary style sits effortlessly alongside carefully chosen antique furnishings. The handmade shaker kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, whether it’s a lazy breakfast or a hearty dinner after a day exploring. The living space invites you to sink into comfy sofas, perhaps with a film on the Smart TV or a board game pulled from the shelf, while thoughtful touches throughout make it feel like a true home from home.
Upstairs and across the two bedrooms, comfort continues to take centre stage. The main bedroom offers a king size bed and its own ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom is wonderfully flexible with twin beds that can become a king size, along with an ensuite bathroom and additional sofa bed for a fifth guest. Soft linens, Bramley toiletries and cosy robes add a boutique feel, while little extras like wellies and beach gear make spontaneous adventures easy.
Outside, life unfolds at a gentler pace.
