Mixing fabulous creature comforts with touches of luxury just outside lively Morzine in the spectacular Portes du Soleil in the French Alps is what makes Chalet Aubois so special. Sleeping 12 guests across 3 levels this ski chalet is the perfect escape for a family or a group of friends.
The ground floor is home to the large garage parking 4 cars, but it is after going up to the first floor that things get really exciting. The entire level is devoted to a huge open plan living and dining area. With 2 separate sitting areas featuring endless soft and sumptuous furnishings there are plenty of places to relax, while the wrap-around windows and French doors open out onto the amazing views of the valley. A large indoor dining table and another table out on the terrace offers different options for eating culinary delights prepared in the fully equipped kitchen at one end of the living space. There is also a home cinema, separate laundry room with washing and drying machines, and boot room with boot and glove warmers.
On the second floor are the 5 bedrooms which can either be configured as doubles or twins. 3 of the bedrooms have an en-suite, while the other 2 share a bathroom and shower room. Those 2 rooms also share a balcony and the master bedroom also has its own balcony offering stunning views of the slopes. A further sofa bed in the cinema room ensures plenty of flexibility when it comes to sleeping arrangements. With the interior design combining bleached wood with flashes of turquoise it is a luxurious property to stay in - topped off with the outdoor hot tub.
Chalet Aubois can of course be used all year round, with the Alps equally as beautiful in the summer, but it is particularly recognised for its perfect location during the ski season. The nearest ski lift is just one minute from the property and with a GoPro camera with attachments available to use, guests will be itching to hit the slopes. The centre of the alpine town of Morzine itself is only a 10-minute walk and has a selection of shops, restaurants, and lively bars for après ski.
