Peace and tranquillity is the priority at this luxurious and lovingly restored villa in the prestigious Roca Lisa region of Ibiza. Casa India Ibiza comfortably accommodates up to 12 people and is therefore ideal for families or groups of friends.
Located just 10 minutes from Ibiza Town and five minutes from the beach, the villa offers stunning views on all sides - including across the greens of Ibiza’s only golf course. At the heart of the building is the lounge and salon areas, which are designed to be multi-purpose with comfy leather sofas and a large dining table seating up to 10 guests. At the other end of this bright open-plan space is the indoor kitchen, complete with electric and gas hobs, microwaves, coffee machine, American style fridge/freezer, and wine chiller cabinet.
There are six double bedrooms in Casa India Ibiza, each individually designed, decorated, and furnished to the highest spec and all including en-suite bathrooms, TVs, and music systems. The larger bedrooms have four poster beds and many have access to private balconies, or the terraces and pool area.
Outside, natural stone pathways and palm trees allow the property to blend in with nature as guests relax on the roof terrace or in one of the two swimming pools. The pools also both have their own individual sunbathing areas that are a great place to sit and unwind with a book and glass of wine. There is also a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area so those staying can enjoy alfresco dining and make the absolute most of this amazing outdoor space.
With the villa being so relaxing it is the perfect place for a yoga retreat and there is a bespoke and designated yoga area outside as well. For those looking to stay fit and healthy while they are away there is also a fitness room equipped with a cross trainer, free weights, and a stretching area. Personal fitness sessions with qualified professionals are also available.
For those who venture out and about, the picturesque beach of Cala Olivera is just a short walk away. Situated in a natural cove it is known for being a lot quieter than the usual tourist spots. However, for those seeking nightlife then the White Isle’s most famous clubs and bars are less than a 20 minute drive away.
