Hidden away from the crowds, yet only 10 minutes walk to the best beaches in Phuket this villa is the perfect get-away from everything. Cape Kata gives all our guests a sense of discovery of something hidden and adventurous right over the deep blue ocean.
Cape Kata is a four bedroom pavilion-style property with Balinese and Japanese design influences. Access is via a stepped garden pathway from the estate car park down through a private tropical garden.
The property was one of Phuket's first west coast oceanfront luxury villas. It has a simple charm in terms of accommodation, but an awe-inspiring location on the headland between Kata and Kata Noi beaches, which is second to none. Walk to either of the Kata beaches from the house.
Step into the garden and through the ancient Balinese teak doors into this beautiful property set amongst natural granite bounders and tropical trees, and Carp ponds. On the oceanfront there is a lovely swimming pool within a grass lawn area. There are two oceanfront decks above the seafront rocks, ideal for sunbathing.
There are four main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom suite and upper living area have open balconies with extensive sea views. There is a dedicated staff accommodation pavilion which also houses the villa kitchen, used by the chef to prepare guest meals. The guest accommodation has a rustic bar style kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. The resident staff are the head housekeeper/chef and the daily maid. Breakfast and dinner are included.
Cape Kata Villa is located on Phuket's famous tropical West Coast, right on the headland between Phuket's two best beaches, called Kata and Kata Noi beaches.
Kata beach is 10 minutes walk north of the villa. The beach is classically beautiful with gently sloping shoreline, tree covered headlands and safe swimming. Between June and November, you can watch the surfers trying the waves at the southern end. In the high season when there are no waves, you can try surfing on the artificial wave rider just behind the beach.
Kata Noi beach is a 10 minute walk from the villa to the south. It is just as charming as the main Kata beach, just with less people and perhaps even whiter sand.
Mom Tri's Villa Royale, one of the most prestigious restaurants in Phuket, is next door to the estate for fine dining. Kata main town has a great selection of local and international and Thai restaurants, cafes and bars.
With a five star location, Cape Kata Villa is definitely a place to come for the perfect Phuket holiday.
