Combining traditional farmhouse charm with plenty of modern comforts, this characterful home sits in a wonderfully rural location on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park, yet still has a welcoming pub, an award-winning distillery and a coffee roasting barn all within walking distance.

Step inside and discover generous living spaces designed for spending quality time together. The heart of the house is the large farmhouse kitchen, where an Aga and Range Master cooker sit alongside a huge dining table that comfortably seats the whole group. Whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast before a day of adventure or gathering for a long evening meal, this sociable space makes everyone feel at home. Elsewhere, the cosy lounge invites you to settle in beside the crackling log burner, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the surrounding countryside.

The farmhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four spacious bedrooms, with the option to accommodate up to three additional guests using extra beds. Three bedrooms feature super-king size beds that can be arranged as twins if required, offering flexibility for different groups, while the fourth bedroom has a king size bed. Three bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms and there is also a generous family bathroom with both a separate shower and bath. A downstairs WC adds extra convenience, while every bedroom comes equipped with a TV, radio and WiFi.

Outside, the farmhouse really comes into its own. Step out from the kitchen onto the patio and you'll find a fantastic entertaining space complete with a bubbling hot tub, a wood-fired pizza oven and plenty of outdoor seating for alfresco meals overlooking the countryside. There’s also a full-size table tennis table, while indoors you'll find table football and chess, ensuring guests of all ages stay entertained throughout their stay.

When you're ready to explore, some of the region's finest scenery awaits. Walk or cycle through the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Herefordshire Hills, wander along the River Wye or spend a day browsing the famous bookshops of Hay-on-Wye. With Wales and England meeting nearby and countless walking trails on your doorstep, Bridge Farmhouse offers a superb base for discovering this beautiful corner of Britain.
