Sitting proud atop Eagle Tor in the Peak District is Boulder Field Cabin. This idyllic, romantic retreat for two has been beautifully hand crafted, offering you a rustic, rural aesthetic, with comfy furnishings to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. Add to this the fact that you have amazing views out across the valley, and you've got the perfect location for your next countryside holiday.
The cabin is quaint and makes clever use of its space. There's a futon sofa bed, which is low and firm, and offers you added space in the day when it's folded up. You can also enjoy the amazing views from your bed thanks to the nicely positioned windows, meaning you can wake up to a 180 degree vista. Then there's also a fold down table, which offers you somewhere to eat inside, whilst also creating more space when it's folded away. The cabin also has a wood burning stove to keep you nice and toasty in the colder months, whilst you have a couple of electric sockets allowing you to charge your phone or laptop.
When it comes to dinner times you have a covered outdoor kitchen area where you can sit and eat al fresco when the weather's warm. Here there is running water, a brand new gas BBQ with gas ring, and a table and chairs. Basics such as pots, pans, kettle, cafetière, crockery, cutlery are all provided. The cabin's smart composting loo sits in its own wooden cabin 10 metres from the main space.
Boulder's Field Cabin's shining light is the wood fired hot tub. This sits on a boulder and looks out across the valley, meaning you can hop in for a relaxing soak with a bottle of bubbly, whilst taking in the incredible view. There's also an outdoor shower nestled amongst the rocks. Guests are provided with fluffy towels and an Earth Kind shampoo bar.
When it comes to venturing out, the cabin sits on 15 acres of private land. This means you have plenty of privacy and peace, and lots of nooks and crannies to explore. If you head further afield then the entire Peak District National Park is right on your doorstep with miles and miles of incredible mountain scenery, pretty walking routes, and lovely country pubs. You even have some great hiking and climbing options that are accessible right from your front door!
Its a fantastic outdoor location in the heart of the Peak Park and there is great hiking, climbing and cycling from the cabin door.

What an amazing place to stay. Everything you need is here for that perfect getaway and away from everything. Love the little extra touches like the beautifully soft dressing gown, kettle for the woodburner and hot outdoor shower! Travelling on my own I felt extremely safe and would definitely return, would be perfect to spend some quality time with someone special. Can't wait to return.

Absolutely amazing property. Perched on a solitary crag. Really relaxing place to stay. Outstanding walks from outside the door and a deep, welcoming wood fired hot tub to relax in after a day's walking. Takes some time to heat up but well worth it as you can sit watching the stars. Very welcoming owners plus dogs. A place where you can just meditate and relax if you want. Especially liked the different decks around the crag where you can just sit, read and take in the view. Rustic but luxury idyll. I can't praise it enough. Looking forward to coming again next year
