The treehouse is accessed via a fantastic rope-bridge, hung high up in the trees. Once you step inside you'll be delighted with the bright, open space. Huge wall-to-wall windows and a bi-folding door ensure the room is flooded with natural light, whilst also offering lovely views of the gently swaying trees outside. Crafted from locally grown and reclaimed timber, this stunning treehouse has a rustic, warm and homely vibe. Think super-comfy furnishings, fluffy rugs, a bunch of great books and a crackling wood burner to keep you toasty in winter.

Guests will love lounging on the sofa playing board games before heading out onto their own private deck to soak up the sunshine and breathe in that fresh woodland air. Sit out with your loved one and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all around you. As well as a nice alfresco dining table (there's also a great dining spot back inside), the deck is also home to a luxurious jacuzzi bath tub. This is the perfect way to while away evenings in style, enjoying an opulent soak with a glass of something delicious as you plan the next day's adventures.

Back in the treehouse, the kitchen is wonderfully equipped with all the modern appliances you'll need to whip up delicious feasts throughout your stay. However, if you fancy firing up the grill, there are some BBQ spots down on the woodland floor for you to make use of. Down on the ground there are also a number of picnic areas dotted about, which are shared with guests staying at other treehouses in the wood.

When night falls, the lack of light pollution makes stargazing a joy. And when you finally need to rest your head, the fabulous king size bed is made up with quality bed linen and down duvets and pillows for a great night's sleep. And in the morning, you won't even need to get out of bed to enjoy the amazing views. There is also a snug bunk bed for up to two children aged 12 and under.

Take a morning stroll among the trees or wind your way along the paths and head down to the river's edge. This 13-acre wood is peaceful and home to an array of fab wildlife, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled. Those of you who wish to venture slightly further afield, may wish to make the short drive to Dartmoor National Park. This fantastic, rugged park offers hikers, bikers, hillwalkers and horse riders a varied array of routes to explore. The north coast of Devon and Cornwall are also a short drive away, and anyone looking for a pub lunch will be delighted to know there are a number of great options in the vicinity.
