This charming renovation lies at the finish of a dead-end track on the grounds of Belchamp Hall - a beautiful period house which has been home to the Raymond family since 1611. This unique property benefits from an incomparable locale, offering guests unrivalled peace and quiet. Here, you're invited to soak up the soothing sounds of nature as you enjoy the adjacent wild ponds and surrounding ancient woodland. Other features include a cosy log burner, a relaxing reading nook, outdoor seating, and access to the beautifully kept grounds of Belchamp Hall. Several features throughout the house add to the unique character of The Mill. This includes a mix of original, reclaimed, and antique wood, timber beams, exposed brickwork, and vaulted ceilings. Comprised of two floors, The Mill is an upside-down house. The ground level contains the master bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a super king size bed and benefits from a stable door leading out to the adjacent wild pond, while the bathroom has a walk-in power shower. Underneath the stairwell is Poet's Corner, a contemplative reading and writing nook. Ascend the solid oak staircase to reach the open-planned living area. The kitchen comes well-equipped, and the sitting area boasts a comfy sofa, 32" smart TV, a log burner, and a charming Juliet balcony which overlooks the ponds. Outside, there is seating on both levels along with immediate access to the estate.
