This two bedroom holiday home is located in a private urbanisation in the middle of a National Park offering you the chance to relax and unwind whilst enjoying breathtaking views out across the Atlantic ocean.
The design of the house was inspired by the island’s famous artist, Cesar Manrique, and there are interesting touches throughout the whitewashed building - from exposed stonework to the coloured wooden beams. The open plan living room is a bright and open space where guests can relax on the comfy bench seating with a glass of wine selected from the honesty bar. At one end of the living space is the fully equipped kitchen, which comes complete with a dishwasher, oven, and Nespresso coffee machine, making preparing dinner a breeze.
There are two stylish bedrooms, one double and one single, which allow light to flood in through the large windows, while the bathroom has been designed in true Manrique style with dimmable lights for the ultimate romantic experience.
Step out from the living area directly onto the covered terrace and enjoy alfresco meals on the outside dining table while taking in the spectacular surroundings. The cactus garden is bordered by volcanic stone walls and is the perfect space for relaxation with sun loungers and an outside hot tub. Guests can also enjoy the outdoor shower which has been carved into the stone and has hot water.
Magic Famara is situated in the north of the island and is just a three minute walk from the beach of Playa de Famara. This peaceful and quiet area is known for excellent surfing and allows those staying to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. For essentials there is a grocery store and surf shop on the complex, or alternatively the coastal town of La Caleta de Famara is a short drive away or a 20 minute walk from the beach. This traditional Spanish fishing spot has a number of shops and eateries, including the excellent seafood restaurant El Risco. For those willing to venture a little further afield, they can sample local wines in the La Geria wine region or play golf in Puerto del Carmen.

Leave a reviewWe just came back from a week's stay at Beach House 93. It was just perfect. Luc, the owner, has created a little gem for 2/3 people. It feels completely private but has a stunning view of Famara beach and a backdrop of the fabulous El Risco mountain. It feels like home from home and is equipped with everything you could want, decorated and furnished with quality and style, and very relaxed: great sound system, well stocked honesty bar, a very comfortable bed, good cooking facilities. The space has been very well thought out. Luc could not have been more welcoming and went out of his way to get us anything we wanted - fresh fish, great wine, restaurant bookings, favourite recipes! And Famara is so relaxed with its surf vibe, it's practically horizontal - 5k of wonderful beach to surf, kite, walk, sunbathe. It's the first place we have stayed in for ages where we just didn't want to come home. A gorgeous little bolthole.
