Enjoy the beautiful Cornish coast in your own little slice of heaven at Barford, a stunning holiday home 2 minutes walk from a secluded beach.
Located in North Cornwall, this property is ideal for families and large groups with accommodation for up to 16 people.
The elegantly decorated interior mixes homely touches and luxury, with six double bedrooms in the house - all with en-suite bathrooms and five with access to sea view terraces. Two of the bedrooms also have built in additional beds for two extra people each for added flexibility.
Upon entering the house guests will go into the zinc-clad atrium, with its floor to ceiling windows and suspended wooden staircase.
The large open plan living and dining area perfectly flows from the kitchen. Cook up a feast on the sleek dual control Aga, or BBQ under the canopy while gazing at the sea views, with 12 able to sit around the table and enjoy dinner together or 16 if the extra side table is added to the end. Enjoy a social meal before heading into the sitting area and cosying up the log burner. Clever dividing screens can separate the rooms.
Entertainment is provided by the cinema and games rooms, with the latter equipped with a pool table and cocktail bar, to act as the perfect underground party den.
Outside, along with the glorious views across the sea and beyond, guests can relax in the wood-fired hot tub, while there is also an inside sauna and spa room.
Barford is also just a short walk from the spectacular tourist destination of Widemouth Bay in Bude.
With its 2.7 miles of sandy beaches, this spot is popular with families and surfers alike as the conditions are perfect for taking to the waves.
There are several schools which teach surfing and body-boarding as the bay is ideal for beginners who want to learn the sport. However, it caters for everyone as the waves change along the shore, giving experienced surfers the ability to challenge themselves.
For those who prefer the quieter life then the viewing points across Widemouth Bay are not to be missed and it is also located on the South West coast path for those who like to go exploring.
Bodmin Moor and its many walks is just a 20-minute drive away, while food lovers should head to Nathan Outlaw's Michelin star fish restaurant in nearby Port Isaac.
