Looking out to sea between St Ives and Carbis Bay, Atlanta Breeze is a luxurious holiday home in a contemporary style. The views take some beating – a beautiful garden overlooks the peaceful bay, and you can also enjoy the use of an incredible indoor swimming pool.
This holiday cottage has been styled using neutral tones and high-quality furnishings, feeling light and open throughout. Look out for wooden floors and chunky leather sofas in the living room, which flows through to a dining area for six and an irresistible kitchen with travertine counters and a breakfast bar.
Atlanta Breeze is kitted out with all you could need, from a 42” Smart TV, DVD and Bluetooth speaker to digital radios and Wi-Fi. It’s just as good outside too, with a barbecue and a large picnic table perfect for gathering over good food and wine long into the evening.
Upstairs, the landing offers more beautiful views of St Ives Bay, with two fine bedrooms leading off it. Both have soft duck feather and down duvets and quality linens, plus plenty of storage space in a large wardrobe and bedside cabinet. A contemporary bathroom is easily accessible from each bedroom, with bath and overhead shower, complemented by an additional cloakroom on the ground floor.
The indoor pool is kept at 28°c all year, so it’s inviting whenever you stay at Atlanta Breeze. When you’re done, it’s less than ten minutes’ walk down to either Porthminster Beach or Carbis Bay, both tranquil Blue Flag spots you are sure to love.
Another advantage of the cottage’s location is that you can easily stroll into St Ives whenever you choose. The town is known for its art scene, so there’s no shortage of galleries to visit. If you prefer to participate, take a painting course – the gorgeous local landscapes are certainly inspiring.
