This is the ideal holiday apartment for your next family holiday or seaside trip with friends.

The apartment sits in a development that has its own established gardens. You can wander through these pretty gardens all the way to the beach, which means you have access to the water away from the traditional Cornish summer crowds.

The apartment itself is open plan, with a modern, stylish interior. There’s a quaint kitchen, with all the mod cons and appliances you’ll need including an electric oven and induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, and even a wine chiller. You also have a breakfast bar, which is a great spot to sit and keep the designated chef company whilst enjoying a glass of wine.

The dining area has space for your entire group and sits next to the bright lounge. The lounge features deep, comfy sofas, a big TV, and a log burning fireplace, so you can get nice and cosy and enjoy a movie night with your loved ones. The lounge also has giant double doors which flood the space with natural light and open up onto your own private balcony. The balcony offers a nice spot to sit and enjoy a drink in the evening whilst breathing in the fresh sea air.

At night, the two gorgeous bedrooms have super-comfy beds, and stylish design features. The master room has a king size bed and dual aspect views out over Watergate bay and the Cornish countryside. It also features an en suite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom is a twin room, which also offers lovely views and lots of natural light. You’re sure to love the underfloor heating and crisp, high quality linens that provide a calm retreat that invites a great night’s sleep as well as a delightful spot for a nice long lie in.

This fab apartment is located on Cornwall’s north coast in Watergate Bay. You have an amazing golden sandy beach right on your doorstep, that offers sparkling waters and lots of watersports activities. Not only this, but you’re also wonderfully located between Padstow and Newquay, and have great access to some of Cornwall’s best spots including The Eden Project near St Austell, Bedruthan Steps, Gurnards Head and Kynance Cove.
