The hotel’s 3/65 restaurant is a gastronomic delight which uses the best home-grown organic produce to create simple and authentic fine dining meals. There is a comprehensive wine, including some excellent Mallorcan wines. In addition to this, there are also mouth-watering lunch and tapas options available on the terrace or in the stunning, converted olive press bar.
After dinner, thick olive groves, scented citrus trees and colourful vineyards can be explored at your leisure, while there are a number of beautiful walks, hikes and bike rides to be enjoyed. The UNESCO Heritage site of Sierra de Tramuntana also acts as a magnificent backdrop and is ideal for an afternoon ramble or gazing at with a glass of wine made from the vines surrounding the hotel.
As well its incredible country setting, the hotel is also within easy reach of some of the island’s most magical beaches and quaint, seaside villages. The historical town of Pollensa is just a short drive away and has a vibrant town square and many cobbled streets to explore. The famous peninsula on the northern tip of Majorca is the Cap de Formentor is a short drive away.
